The Soundarapandian Arthroscopy Fellowship Program
The Arthroscopy Fellowship Program at Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital offers specialised training in minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures. This one-year program is designed to equip fellows with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in arthroscopic techniques for diagnosing and treating joint-related injuries, focusing on both upper and lower extremities. This Fellowship program is affiliated with the MGR University accreditation program.

- Master arthroscopic techniques for diagnosing and treating joint conditions.
- Develop expertise in managing sports injuries, ligament tears, and cartilage damage
- Understand the role of arthroscopy in joint preservation and rehabilitation.
- Enhance skills in post-operative care and patient rehabilitation following arthroscopic surgery.

- MS (Ortho) / DNB (Ortho)
Number of Fellowship Seats:
- 2 positions available annually
Selection Process
Fellows are chosen based on personal interviews with senior consultants, including Dr. Sivamurugan and Dr. Ravi Subramaniam. Interviews take place in June, with the fellowship running from September 1st to August 31st of the following year.
