The Soundarapandian Arthroplasty Fellowship Program
The Arthroplasty Fellowship Program at Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital is a one-year, intensive program focused on joint replacement surgeries. This fellowship offers orthopaedic surgeons advanced training in hip and knee arthroplasty, including complex primary and revision joint replacement procedures. This Fellowship program is affiliated with the MGR University accreditation program.

- Master the techniques of primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgeries.
- Develop expertise in prosthesis selection and surgical planning.
- Gain skills in managing postoperative complications and complex revision cases.
- Enhance knowledge in preoperative and postoperative patient management, including rehabilitation.

- MS (Ortho) / DNB (Ortho)
Number of Fellowship Seats:
- 2 positions available annually
Selection Process
Fellows are chosen based on personal interviews with senior consultants, including Dr. Sivamurugan and Dr. Ravi Subramaniam. Interviews take place in June, with the fellowship running from September 1st to August 31st of the following year.
