Soundarapandian Continuous Care (SCC) extends the trusted care of Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital beyond the hospital walls and into your home.
We understand that recovery does not end at discharge. SCC is designed to support post-operative and orthopedic patients with structured home-based care, ensuring continuity, comfort, and confidence during the healing process.
Through SCC, our trained nursing and physiotherapy teams provide guided support at home, under the supervision of the treating medical team. This allows patients to recover in familiar surroundings while continuing to receive reliable, professional care.
All services are provided with strict attention to hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
